HP2006 – Instructions for proceedings

There will be proceedings for the plenary and parallel talks in this conference. The proceedings will be published by Elsevier as a special issue of Nuclear Physics A. The length limit is 8 pages for plenary talks and 4 pages for contributed parallel talks. The deadline for submission of the contributions is September 15, 2006.
